4 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup potatoe flour
1 tsp baking soda
Butter and flour for the ovenware


1/2 litre strawberries
5 cups cream
2 cups vanilla sause

This is what you do:

Heat the oven to 175°C.
Butter an ovenware (apprximately 24 cm in diameter) with a removeable side, sprinkle some flour on it.
Whisk egg and sugar until fluffy in a bowl with an electric handmixer for 3 min.
Mix flour, potatoe flour and baking soda in a separate bowl.
Sift down the flour in the egg mixture.
Carefully mix together with a dough-scraper till it becomes smooth.
Pour the mixture into the ovenware. Bake in the lower part of the oven for 30 min.
Häll smeten i formen. Control it with a fork to make sure the cake is completely dry. Let it cool.


Whisk the cream fluffy and mix with crushed strawberries. Then pour in the vanilla sauce and stir carefully.

Fill and decorate the tart case according to taste.
