Tart case

200 g digestive biscuits

1 cup oatmeal

150 g butter

Melt the butter and stir in the above mentioned ingredients  (crush the biscuits into pieces). Press out into an ovenware covered with butter. The ovenware has to have a detachable bottom. Let it cool in the fridge.

Filling

600g Philadelphia cheese

3 cups whipped cream

2,5 cups sugar

1/2 teespoon vanilla powder

Peel and juice from 1,5 lemon

Mix the Philadelphia, sugar, lemon and vanilla into a paste. Whisk the cream and carefully stir into the mix. Pour into the ovenware and put in fridge to cool for about an hour.

Jelly

Peel from a lemon

1 tbsp lemon juice

3 tbsp water.
2 passion fruits

2 tbsp sugar

1 gelatin leaf

Put the gelatin leaf in cold water. Pour the rest of the ingredients in a pot and heat up in order for the sugar to melt and the flavors to mix. Put in the gelatine and stir properly. Let it cool in the fridge before you put it on the cheesecake otherwise the cake will melt. The cake is tastier the day after you have made it. You will benefit if you make it the night before it is supposed to be served!
